Domestic and International Shipping

All TextileHaus pieces are made in our San Francisco, CA studio. We are a small team, so please allow one week before your order is shipped to you.

Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive 2-3 business days after the item is shipped. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Please feel free to leave any special instructions for your delivery person. Alas, we have no control over them! We are not able to edit the labels after you put your information in. Any special delivery instructions for the delivery person should be on a signed note taped to your front door.

Local In-Store Pickup

We offer local pickups to our Bay area customers. Leave a comment in the “Order Notes” section during checkout that you would prefer local pickup. Please email as soon as you are ready to pick up your order, and we will schedule a time for you to stop by one of our stocklist in the area.

Returns and Exchanges

To return or exchange an item, please email us within seven days of receiving your order at hello@textilehaus.com. Please ship your items within seven days of return confirmation. As a growing company, we are unable to offer full refunds at this time. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee or you can choose to receive full store credit for your item. If you ship your items outside of the seven-day time frame we will have to apply a 25% restocking fee. Store credit never expires and is issued in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email. All sale items, “one of a kind”, and made to order/preorder are a final sale.
